VoV Enterprises, Inc., incorporated in Nevada and California, specializing in valves for flow control and down hole flow control for dedicated recharge wells, salt water barrier wells, water banking wells, plus aquifer storage and recovery (ASR) wells.
Research and development was started in 1993 with a prototype installed in November 1993. During testing and analysis the patenting process was instituted and subsequently completed in April 1996. VoV (Variable Orifice Valve) Enterprises, Inc. has focused product development on hydraulically-operated flow control valves designed to eliminate the entrainment of air in
injection or ASR wells. Presently the valves are covered by U.S. Patent
#5,503,363, #5,618,022, #5,871,200, #6,073,906 and #6,338,466, Canada Patent #
2,293,391
plus 23 International Patents Pending.
Mr. Glenn Wallace is the Chairman and CEO of VoV Enterprises, Inc. Mr. Wallace
has a very diverse background. As a young man, raised on a Ranch in Montana,
he developed many skills, but more explicitly a capability and an aptitude for
mechanical apparatus. During his Navy career he worked with computers, power
drives, radar systems, sonar, gun mounts, power drives and radar directors. On
returning to college he worked as a Film & TV Engineer and holds a 1st Class
Radio Telephone Operators License. Mr. Wallace completed his bachelor of
science in Mechanical Engineering in 1965. During his professional career Mr.
Wallace has been a Senior Mfg. Engineer for Honeywell, Martin Marietta, Data
Products. During his time with Case-Cotter, Inc., Mr. Wallace transitioned
from Mechanical Engineering to Civil Engineering at Aerojest Inc. (Case-Cotter, Inc.) manufactures pump stations, booster stations, lift stations, water and wastewater treatment equipment. Mr. Wallace started his Civil Engineering career with MSM, Inc.
Subsequently Mr. Wallace has developed an illustrious career with a number of other civil engineering firms and Water Districts. Mr. Wallace has been associated with the waterworks industry for over 30 years with both municipal and consulting firms. His expertise in recharge and recovery, well design along with product application lead to the development of the VoV.
Mr. Wallace is a Registered Civil Engineer in California, Colorado, Nevada, New Mexico and is listed in the Who's Who of American Inventors. Presently Mr. Wallace holds 2 patents for the Variable Orifice Valve (VoV) and 3 on the VoSmart (V-Smart) Valve with 23 International Patents Pending.
Mr. Peterson an Engineer is with a firm in Las Vegas, NV. As a Civil Engineer with LVVWD, Mr. Peterson was involved with the design of various water systems. Mr. Peterson helped to develop the VoSmart Valve and is
Co-inventor of the VoSmart Valve.
Mr. Wallace is joined on the Board of Directors by Mark Peterson. Mr. Gary Carter and Margaret Wallace rounds out the Board of Directors of VoV Enterprises, Inc. Mrs. Wallace serves as Secretary & Treasurer of the Corporation and is active in day to day operations of the firm.
